Australia is composed of 6 states and two territories. It is located in the southern hemisphere, it is surrounded by the sea and there is a big and arid desert in the center of Australia, consequently the big cities are on the coast, on easter and southern coasts. 

Australia is one of the sunniest places in the world . It is located in the southern hemisphere so it is often sunny and hot.

Uluru (or Ayers Rock is ist Australia ), for the Aborigines, is a huge rock, it is a spiritual and sacred place. It is the biggest monolith in the world. It is situated in the middle of the desert, in the south of the Nothern territory.

Sydney is the biggest city in Australi, however it is not the capital, it is Camberra. Sydney is the capital of New South Wales and there is the Opera House on the bay.

The Great Barrier Reef is beautiful, it is famous for its fish and coral so it is a paradise for divers, it is the largest in the world.If you want to go to see the Great Barrier Reef, you have to go Queensland and the nearest city is Caims. 

The Aborigines has the oldest history in the world. They play didgeridoo, it is the most ancient musical instrument in the world.

Even if Sydney is the greatest city, it is not the capital. In Australia it is often sunny and hot actually it is located in southern hemisphere. Australia evokes rugby actually there is one of the best teams of rugby : ''The Wallabies''. Australia evokes surfers because it is surronded by the sea and there are big waves.
